They want the publicity. that's all it's about at this stage. Did the officer kill Brown? YES. Was it justified? Depends on who you ask and what the evidence is. Is it the first time a kid was killed? no. Does the UN really have any say as to what our countries city police officers say or do? not really...so this is a publicity stunt, they family trying to build a larger case so that they can get a larger lawsuit settlement for wrongful death. I am betting that with a big enough settlement offer they'll forget their thug(going by stories and witnesses, not my term) of a son ever existed.

The UN's roll is to mediate disputes/agreements between nations. It isn't a world government nor does it have any kind of mandate to get involved in the internal affairs of a country subject to the first statement.

Too many white police officers in Ferguson - Maybe Africans should step up and go to the academies to become police officers

Racial profiling - no words to describe this as they are racial profiling white people

Militarization of police departments - Needs to be with it being ever so easy to get a hold of better weapons and such among the thugs

Treatment of protesters - Yes it was pretty crappy, but then again the protesters were destroying the town

Couple lengths of rope and a tall oak tree. A large press conference, attack helicopters to clean up the crouds and a midgets with a blow horns directing traffic at intersections. Perhaps some bounce houses for the kids and the traditional concessions.

Furious, don't hate me because I call it like I see it. A kid (a huge kid) throwing his weight around hopped up on drugs robbing a local merchant gets ballsy toward a guy with a gun. If a guy that size came at me I'd shoot too! as for leaving the kid uncovered, well the officer was injured and apparently his safety comes before that of a kid already dead, and you can add the fact that the reeanactment team had to come in to investigate the officers story. As for this whole UN business I think its stupid. If we could go to the UN with trivial issues I'd have gone to them a long time ago asking them to confirms Obamas birthplace (jk I wouldn't really do it)

All these protests against the Ferguson police officers may backfire in a huge way. A community that hates its police department also hates the men and women that are police officers for the community. Would you work for someone that hates you?

based on the IPCC and the WHO, i think the UN's purpose is to limit individual freedoms via mass propaganda and figurehead dictatorships.
