I am the bacon and I rule all sandwiches upon which I am placed. Cheese is nice, but bacon is best. Bacon is savory and makes your mouth water for the very smoky and salty flavor of it. I come in many guises, American Bacon, cut from the belly, sliced very thinly, Pancetta from Italy, that is also cut from the belly, and is smoked for a longer time and comes in large, thick pieces that can be cut into cubes and turned into lardons. And then there's that confused cousin of mine, Canadian Bacon, which is closely related to ham, and is cut from the back of the beast, I suppose because Canuckians prefer eating from the top of the hog. :) But, in any incarnation, I rule the sandwich, make no mistake about it.
I don't need anger management, people need to stop pissing me off!
