I use TeamViewer at work for sites without a static IP. But i have to recommend Royal TS. Probably the best program i have ever used. Supports RDP, URL's, SSH and probably more. All our systems uses static IP's so set up a connection group along with all machines. Repeat for all sites. No longer have to remember IP's for 500+ machines or look into some document :-)
