The Cooperation, Alliance, FFA, Primary, and Express servers will be upgraded to Change Set 31 after their current rounds end.
Change Set 31:
Changes to all servers:
* Unit calculations for type 1 ghost acre returns now include the government's military strength bonus and penalty. Republics will need to send slightly more units and dictatorships will need to send less units when type 1 ghost acre returns are the limiting factor for break calculations. This affects the calculations in the same way as weapons tech (since change set 27).
Alliance server only:
* NPC countries will now use the same code found on other game servers. For example, NPC countries will make better decisions when buying technology and commie indies are significantly more likely to build all of their acres even if military prices are low. Due to technical limitations, this change will occur sometime during the final week of round 98 (which ends on May 17th).
