I encountered a bug like so:
-prepared a PS attack, accidentally typed into tanks instead of jets
-realized my error when "not enough oil!" as I had only enough for the jets
-tried to edit and prepare attack again, with 0 tanks, but kept getting "not enough oil"
-bought more oil, prepared attack again, checked to be sure confirmation screen shows only jets
-send attack, tanks were sent
I'm guessing the tanks got included in the attacking forces when I made the mistake earlier, but then didn't show up on the confirmation screen when I tried again later.
