In Team server, once you play turn 15 you are supposed to be OOP and be able to hit as I remember it. On turn 14 none of the fields on the war room loads as expected. On turn 15, the war room goes to normal to allow entries but it does not let you hit and displays an error when clicking the button to prepare an attack. Only until playing turn 16 are you able to hit.

as a restart its always been turn 16.. so not sure whats up..

If this is the case theres something that doesn't work entirely as intended in that you can get into the war room already after 14 turns. Thats what's off here I think.

Yeah, I just thought when I made the post turn 15 was oop. So basically to take away from this post you can enter the war room 1 turn early, though you still can not hit.
