First he goes all jetter and hits me when he has around 1500 turns remaining. Than he ROR's me at 1600 plus used. I already had a country killed day 1 and even behind about 100turns was in good position to make top 10 as Tyranny. Guy seriously thought building 2K as techer at 1600 turns was a good netting move

Late game retals for large acres or grabs arent bad if you're holding 500 turns still. If you have 1500/1800 played yah thats dumb

Some people like to just retal hard to ruin other peoples netting finishes, not caring about their own.
