Guys, I am still dont fully understand the DR thing. How long does it take to ease out? 24 or 48 hours? I've just made an attacked on #45. Though he has a Dr of 48 times but he had made some attacks. Wouldn't that take counts? Else he benefits more than anyone if he keeps landgrabbing other.???

What I am trying to say is one can coordinate with other and abuse the DR. For example, I can ask my friend to GS me or something. With good coordination I won't lose much of resources, military and crippling the country. And then with his current Dr he will start land grabbing other for couple of time.
This process can keep on going and going till he's fat.
Remember, they can maintain low troops at 10000 for both side and start GSing. Woundnt cost them much losses.

DRs on other servers last for 72 hours, with a half life (eg. continual decrease over time). Express DR Half life is 8 hours.

Yep. coordination can abuse DRs, coordination can also be deleted. so if you think someone is coordinating, you can report them in game and they'll be deleted promptly, because mods on this server have no life. =P

and so that would make you #24.
