alliance really did hurt my feelings, and the game isn't as fun since. i need to learn to re-enjoy, from that aspect :(

i am trying to again, it was always my favourite server, from day one when it was ridiculously different rules. express is where i lived and died, there's a reason afaik was glad to give it to nobody but me, because i enjoyed it more than anybody. also why afaik and i got along so well, because we both enjoyed the game for what it should be- honest play and meeting *good* people through it.

which is why my deletion had stung so harshly, because i had strived *so* hard to do well and do right by anybody else in this game, only to be tossed to the trash.

did i deserve it? you know, what? i probably did. did we all deserve it, the actual rd'ers? yes, we probably did. did it still hurt? yea, it did.

such is life, we all make our bed :) i'll be sour or i'll enjoy myself, one of the two i'll still play ;)

I never retagged RD LOL. I was killed, remade, and then BOOM! RD was gone.

you and so, so many other people never should have been involved with this. i apologize. if we took our colour ten years ago like i did, we blame nobody but ourself, but anybody else took their friends words. and that wasn't treated very kindly, at all.. i miss deli.

No worries man. People labelled me a cheater back in my LaE days so I'm used to it - doesn't really bother me anymore.

It hurt me, too, braden. RD was my first run in alliance since being in TIE in the 90s. I was content with playing Express after finding EE in May and trying to learn to play again. I especially enjoyed the fact that if I screwed up or had to quit, I could start again next week.

I began making friends here, asking questions, and as I said, was content with the weekly version of Primary. Then, someone invited me to join RD. The name sounded familiar from my TIE days, but that was all I could remember. As I played express, I began to realize that the people I had met and spoke to most often in Express were members of RD or were joining the next set...the same set in which I joined. So it felt right. I could interact with my express friends, two of which are you and CX, on yet another server and we could war or net together for the same cause.

And I warred and I was loving alliance again and beginning to realize that I had actually missed it all these years. I had forgotten about the comradery through alliance and how much I enjoyed that part of the server. However, as soon as I finally felt comfortable...about a month into it, I guess...we were deleted.

I have never been deleted from any server. So being accused of cheating, being deleted for the first time, and being separated from those of you who had become my friends and mentors of the game, was disheartening to say the least. Then, I was accused of cheating in express last week by someone I considered a friend. So, I have been accused of cheating twice recently and was not doing so in either case that I was aware.

It will be awhile before I play alliance again, although I do miss it. However, I will continue to play express until it is changed to the point that I don't like it anymore, or until I have had enough of the complainers complaining about a free game.

I hope you find a way to shake it off, and get John Birch back up top. Don't let the deletion wipe out braden.

RD rank and file members weren't exactly accused of cheating. They were just deleted to show 'crime doesn't pay' and to set a harsh precedent so people won't be as likely to try the vile stuff MrCopper did.

there were a number of rd'ers who were proven to be active members, but were not deleted because their country was in a different tag. they, to show that crime doesn't pay, should also have had their countries deleted.

if, i don't know, lets say sunglow was playing in, i don't know, lets call it laf, but was an active colour, his laf country should have been deleted the same as anybody else, to suggest copper was bad and done did bad?

hammer, you are great people and i very much look forward to playing with you again, be it express or any server. you and people like you, make this game worth playing :) if you haqve any interest in team server, the weedy netgaining alliance would love to have you- and blid, too :)
