This server has become a dangerous place for bottom feeders.

So many countries that are staying Monarchy with the looks of a Dict Techer or Farmer. Add that with the greater number of Dictators these days...and it's scary.

I blame Celphi.

Blame the techers. There are either not enough techers the last few sets or they are too greedy. If you can't run a decent Republic because you can't buy bus/res then you get farmed, and the best way to go crazy wth retals is a Dictator. At least, thats why I went to a Dictator last set.

I believe ebert was taken out last set, and I know I didn't play further than the first day.

That's two good techers that were out right there. Not sure about this set.

Those poor farmers always get blamed but guess what, I'll bet 1 million bushels that all the $48 bushels that sold recently were sold by a demo techer.

Yeah. I like to be an easy target early on, so that I have some retal targets later on. The weakness in my strategy is the beginning. I'm going to try Indy startup next set. Starting as R and switching to Dictator for batch explore wasn't a good idea. The turns saved were lost in CS lost from conversion.
