I just sent a 1m jet PS, and it sent twice. The second time I only had about 100k free jets. I have now double tapped someone and broken GDI, because of a glitch. I have been studiously avoided double taps this set, since I understand the new GDI rules now.

This is a common problem on touch screen devices.

I would suggest being careful and not impatient when attacking, or change your attack preferences back to the old system, maybe that will help. The Java attack system is buggy on touchscreen.
