i started hitting him with only240 turns - didn`t have the turns to ended - loged out, back in 30 min - got him down to 33 pop. When i loged in the second time - someone else had killed him

and @ #135 - no i do not accept topfeeds. I do not call anything even, if you topfeed me you ruin my reset. I hit you 2 times back with the only purpose for you to break GDI so i can kill you.
