of all people you know that would depend on the prices in that given set

if bushels are above 45, the ratio should favor bushels ... if military prices are high ... that ratio shifts more in favor of indies. it's all on a scale and you'd have to calc it out and find production thresholds

I like my rainbow to be a warrior, start with labs and max out medical (for when your spies get ill) then tear them down, build some military bases (so spies have a place to mingle) then multi tap all countries with no defenses, build Indy's, residences for dwellings and then enterprises to put them to work, set tax rate to 70% and use that money to buy warfare, max it out then last buy not least, get SDI and then and only then, JOIN GDI....very important!
