Yup. The RoR just isnt worth it, if he's trying to get t10. Too many variables to defend against- AB/SPY OPS/Missiles. If it were me, I'd just buy all warfare tech and missile him to the ground-. Getting SDI for 16k+ acres isn't cheap...

#2 took a separate retal instead of hitting Happy Bday. I'm guessing #2 wants to complete his retals, then will store turns to launch a big first strike on Bday.

well i haven't spied either of them, but i imagine it takes a crapload of jets to attack a big fat commie.. and jets have been selling for 160+ (currently none on the market, save for the ones at $240.

Not sure how you have a crapload of tech and a crapload of jets as well at these prices. Unless #2 is rep techer for some reason.

Actually just trading retals would work too.

Example.
#76 attacks #2

DR #2 @ 1
DR #76 @ 0

#2 attacks #76 (retal)

DR #2 @ 0
DR #76 @ 1

DR relatively close.

But then since...

#76 attacks #2 x2

DR #2 @ 2
DR #76 @ 0

And if this pattern continues with 1 PS for 2PS... #2 will get retals against #76 @ 0 DR while #76 will consistently attack #2 with 1 additional DR. (lowering his gains).

Because each successful attacks you make drops your own DR by 1.

i like going skinny when i know i'm about to war. i *could* have LG'ed him first but i'd rather save my jets for that guy who always thinks he'll get away with grabbing me while i'm warring.

oh and celphi i always make big retals. realize it's not optimal, but i'll take that loss to make the retal. still pretty easy to top 5

I still vote Deezy making t5. Plus he can still get the retal later. He's just prevented other potential players from ganking the land in the meantime.
