blame those who are warring, there are 126 theos atm and ~10 of those belong to alliances who are currently in war and some belong to 1-2 players tags so maybe ~30 theos and ~50 demos are selling tech and doubt that's enough to satisfy everyones needs.

I personally blame NBK. I had 16 techers and they killed them all in their FS. By now they'd probably be at 40-50k acres pumping out a pretty healthy amount of tech.

my restarts are teching llaar, but you didn't help them out much with those two grabs. :) in your defense I hadn't tagged them back yet and didn't realize the country was out of protection.

over 4.2k countries and ~1.5k warring so ~3k needs techs.
