If you have a boxcar site, go to admin, then alliance command.

Thats where you can set MMRs. Set some fluffing MMRs. And then stop being laid back alliances, and start enforcing those MMRs.

And encourage people to join GDI.

But when a defenseless 20k acre country's money is used to grab my 50k acre country that isn't defenseless, I don't like it when my allies are funding people that suicide on me.
