is it a % of your total everytime you are grabbed or is it affected by the amount of land lost?

it's a random role between 1/5th and 1/15th of total land gained/attack. could range from .33% of CS upto 3%

Blowing up buildings via spies seems to be more destructive to CSs than BRs/ABs.
