Why is anyone selling at $36?
If you're a demo, get military tech and sell on your PM at $36, and set orders out to buy $35 food.
If you're not a demo, get military tech and sell on your PM at $35, making $1.16 more than if you sold on public for $36
if you're a theocracy .... yeah, sell at $36
