LCN: Pretty much the way ESD works is that whether you have 3 or 300 countries, if you're new to the FFA server, I offer up an unconditional "one-way" DNH for the first set.

To the rest of you, I'm pretty much willing to Unap the whole server provided that you are a legitimate tag that publicly announces itself here on FFAt or at least contacts me privately for a chat.
