you guys aren't doing it right. a simple "i am gregg" won't cut it. it needs to be more of a "I AM GREGG AND LAE IS FULL OF CHEATS AND THEY RUINING THIS SERVER THEY LANDGRABBED ME 3X ON ANOTHER SERVER AND THAT PROVES THEY CHEAT AND I HEAR THAT LAE HAS MAD MONKEY SEX WITH GOATS AND WE SHOULD PUT IN A SYSTEM THAT AUTOBANS ANY PLAYER OR COUNTRY WITH 'L' 'A' 'E' OR 'x' IN IT BECAUSE THAT IS ADMISSION OF GUILT AND THAT IS BECAUSE LAEx CHEATS LIKE CHEATING CHEATERY CHEATERS"

and that's toning it down a bit.
