I'm a bit surprised you're doing this when supposedly Rico and Primeval aren't really 100% available.

Then again, now I can't find the post. I thought I saw a post where Rico and Primeval were going to be away and any IMP issues were to go to other sources.

hmmm not that i care much, but what needs to be done for a war to be over? for future reference, do we need a CF signed? end of reset? because if one clan doesnt hit for a week and they lose? does that not mean snake beat you a couple sets ago in his war? he went a week and you guys didnt hit back.

if diez is not recognized as a current clan at war with imp i can understand, as i dont see a clan DIEZ anywhere on clan list. but i would like to know for future reference, what exactly ends a war, without a declaration?

And it would be extremely dumb if I tag up straight away, as I'll be killed before managed to do anything decent.

To answer mdevol's question, a war is considered over when 1) a CF is signed or 2) the current set has ended.

I was going to bring this up and had it half typed when I realized Walding already brought it up myself.

I know it's not necessarily IMP people arguing that DIEZ has no right to keep fighting, but I don't think IMP would have a leg to stand on to argue that considering the Mercs war.

as an observer...the "top" country might not be the one with the highest NW. it might be the ones with 500mill cash and lower NW, etc

as NBK has demonstrated multiple times, and CC has against IMP in the past, top down isnt always the best way to go.
