Is the Control Screen - bonuses fixed yet?

Is the control screen fixed yet? Or do countries doing the expenses bonus still have to do it manually, and countries doing the decay bonus have to do it through the control screen?

doubt it (wasn't few sets ago) and its not exactly top of the list things to fix.

Pretty sure u can do it both control screen still reads wrong % for decay

Yeah. You can do decay from the control screen but it reads the wrong % for decay.

Still best to run decay BP's from the control screen cause decay only takes 6pts there as opposed to 8 in country.

And yes. even after the control screen shows 100% decay, you can continue to add from the control screen and get credit for it in-country.
