As of right now in the game, if your clan has not hit mine you all automatically enjoy a DNH and I will not participate in offensive actions against you.
Thus it will remain until you hit one of mine and then that goes away and you fall off the DNH status and are listed as Will Retal, and subject to the occasional landgrab.
Pretty simple and I think fairly reasonable.
