well with oil at 500+ im glad u didn't..breakign 4m troops on a max wep tech dict takes a fair amount of that fluff..prob whey u guys are pick'n off our low ones.

i have over 2m oil in each of my countries. some have 3. TKO or NBK can both hire me to do some breaking if they want. then itll give me people the chance to build oilers :P

i wish i had oilers...not sure why i didn't make any this set. but i refuse to buy yours! i will not buy oil from terrorists.

Popcom - yeah we were killing little guys due to high oil..... and the fact there were no troops on the market. Trying to break 3-5mil troops is a costly run and with no troops and a small PM it would have left them overly vunerable.
