I made a post to my members on our site earlier today that before they grab a country, they should look to see if the country they were grabbing had unresolved retals coming before they made the grab.

One of my members posted that clans pacted (and not) to ESD have done grabs on countries before he had a chance to retal.

Where do you guys stand on this? If you get raped for big acres on a grab, are you cool with an ESD country sneaking in and grabbing your retal target before you get to do a retal?

Personally, I think that's as bad as two-stepping especially if it's an ally that does it.

Ignorance is bliss? I personally wouldn't check the news before hand. Mind you, I also only landtrade so I wouldnt be doing the grabbing. I dont know though.. it's an interesting question.

I wouldn't do that to a good ally.. it's not like land is hard to come by on this server

I honestly wouldn't care. Not because I don't care about my allies, but because I am not one of those people that go and search the news and point out everything :P I just check DR, and break.

It's certainly very kind, but I wouldn't expect a player to look at the news for all their grabs.

I'd only get upset if it looked like someone was intentionally camping the news to grab countries after someone took a big chunk of land from them.

And I can't imagine how many times someone would have to do that before I'd notice it.

I dont mind unless they farm it or something. 1 grab wouldn't effect returns too much but if I saw it happening frequently I would probably change my tune.
