I dont think he was saying it took any skill he was saying thanks for the gift. Although getting land on the last day of the set really doesn't help unless he was pm destocking or something.

NightShade: You embraced self-farming, I assume? From the sounds of things you've said, you've really taken a big step forward. Definitely a wise choice on your part to get in with Elysium and get some of the netgaining strats down. Well done.

I didn't land-trade at all, I gained my land the old-fashioned way through landgrabbing, even though I lost 18,148 acres on one country mid-set because one of the people I'd grabbed missiled me. Although, had I started land-trading at around the time I hit 500k acres I may have finished with maybe double the 735,522 acres I finished the set with.
