Pollex is the current president, he replaced me when I got tired of it. I currently continue to do the bulk of the every day type stuff.

The only way they don't win the set is some type of totally catastrophic war or suiciding hitting them. They're bigger than usual, they're really good, and the only clans that had any chance of beating them in TNW all warred this set.

I run TKO! I am the boss! They do as we say!

Also we should win TNW. If not we SUCK. (or we get ourselves into a war, which we generallt do not do)

im not going for a main country so...top 10 up for grabs...but i'll probably take up 16 spots in top 100

Dragon - I recognize as always being sort of a moral compass for the game but I thought you were anti-self farming...It seems the game has been adjusted to allow / encourage it with ghost acres so no stress, just checking my memory.

There was a guy that ran TKO (with ketchup?) back in the day, just can't seem to remember his game name.

I guess i'm asking who the core guys are that are running TKO, the 4 or 5 go to guys, just trying to get a better idea........

Back in the days of hundreds of players, bots and tens of thousands of countries, I absolutely WAS against self farming/land trading.

However, with the low number of countries, the reality of it all is that were there no self farming, small tags would never survive and players would get discouraged when repeatedly farmed to hell and back.

Even when I started playing again back in 2009, I was still not allowing members of my tag to self farm. After a couple sets, however, it was obvious that land trading was an essential component for players/clans who liked to primarily net gain.

The debate pops up now and then, but honestly, it beats the excitement of All Ex and it levels the playing field for the big and small clans.

I can see how carrying 500 jets, and exploiting ghost acres in your countries is such an exhilarating experience

Since 2004 only Heinz, zany, mindvampire, ketchup,pollex and myself have been president or vp.

It's a strategy, nonetheless. Gotta plan hits/times, etc. And hella more work that hitting the Explore button for 110 turns. Has nothing to do with exhilaration.

If exhilaration is the emotion you're looking for, I'm not really sure a text-based internet game is really the most effective way to go out about it.

The man in the hotel room with me says "whats more exhilarating then a text based internet game?"
