So I saved my turns, logged in and had 120 (100).
I used one of the start ups, so that used 100 turns(apparently), all my countries are still in protection. I had 20 turns in each or so I thought, and logged into the 1st one, it had 20 turns, so I played it. logged into the 2nd one and it had 100(1)... same with all the rest....
is that normal?
