well, i was a dumbass and maxed the decay bonus this set instead of getting an extra 50% PM regen rate like i did last set. i wont do that again. my expenses are so high it makes the corruption look like a tip. i just ran my stockers better this set, even though i teched for far too long.

first, i didnt FA a single country this reset. in addition, i suppose i did land trade, but on an extremely limited scale compared to other players. my main is on 90k acres and my farms are on like 25K. i could of easily reached these land goals rather quickly by bottom feeding, but i believe in letting solo tags have a fighting chance.

but basically, it boils down to this. i can play however the fluff i want to play. i am a warrior, i dont have time to fight, so im netting. i choose to pump up billion NW countries, and this is only the 2nd set that i have tried this fluff all set long and i think im doing pretty good since i won last set and am guaranteed 2nd this set and if i lose its to someone with 500K acres, lol. my ANW, even with the main, and transfers, is 94mill NW. If you think that takes no skill, then you are welcome to do the same and beat me. im sure you can right? hop the fluff up off my nuts bro. i have no clue who you even are or what clan you are in, lol. it is flattering i suppose.

Although wasting an entire set to get 1 big country, doesn't sound appealing to me in any way shape or form these days, I have done it in the past, and it takes far less skill then your trying to make it sound like it does. As far as 94 mil average net in a netting set, that isn't even close to being worth mentioning like its an accomplishment.

There is nothing wrong with people wanting 1 big country and 15 crappy ones, and there is nothing wrong with playing all 16 to their maximum potential. Mrford is absolutely correct that he can do whatever the hell he wants with his 16, and if his enjoyment is that 1 big one, then so be it, just be glad that it opens up 15 more spots in the top 100 for your countries raz.

There is no skill self farming and running low defense countries to drive up nw, while hiding in large tags who will kill for any grab or will do l:l. What really bothers me is the fact when you do grab these countries they don't do 1:1 retals they farm and kill instead - than brag about how good they are at the end of the reset.

I played for a long time in FFA during E2025 days while running PHOENIX where self farming was frowned upon, this land trading fluff has ruined ffa IMO. Not enough old school players anymore to change this trend, so ill just b1tch about instead.

I haven't played EE more than a few sets, and while running a solo tag and grabbing each alliance once every 24hrs - i ended up losing 6 countries and still managed almost $900m while not self farming and it was not difficult nor time consuming.

Ask anyone who knows me, when I see BS i dont sit back and I will always call it out, I dont give a fluff at the end of the day. The best players who have every played FFA still produced these numbers (not a single country of a billion) but ANW over $100m without self farming is not difficult...Doing it nowadays and not getting killed is a different story.

Anyone who knew Peki/Hermes or WOP can easily vouch for this, WOP would 80k acres legit and without ghost acres for instance.

I don't care, transfers is not considered netting imo therefore not relevant at all.

When you come here and brag about buying $21b worth of troops its insinuated that you are bragging - indirectly that is exactly what you are trying to do.

once again, you missed the point. $370 per NW is fluff, especially the average non specialized destocker can get units off their PM for $260. i was complaining about having to buy units that expensive and commenting that i need to plan bretter in the future. that might be the exact opposite of bragging. who in their right mind would think that someone with a 1.35bill NW country, would be bragging about 21bill cash. i have destocked over 400bill cash. THAT would be bragging, but i didnt say that because i know that that stat in itself isnt impressive. maybe if you came into the thread with a bit less bias and a bit more intelligence you could see that.

ford - I didn't miss anything in fact you only proved what I was trying to say. For instance, you run 15 countries to feed 1 country, the simple fact you fluffed that up only proves my point.

The simple fact solo tags have such a hard time does make me bitter, but I did join NBK this set and although netting is my preferred choice, I do like to kill.

and for the record, anytime you want to prove those netting skills or how MUCH of a warrior you are (self proclaimed obviously) just ping me - I will find time for a 1 v 1.

I am not by any means a killer in FFA, but after a set of playing with whooze/papa and company its all came back pretty quickly.

POINT 1- TKO does not kill countries for a grab and does not do L:L retals except for with all jetter grabs. Please get your facts straight before trash talking a clan.

POINT 2- Wrong. 100m ANW without self farming and not getting killed is EASY. 100m anw with all-x is easy. 100m nw with self farming is easy. 200m ANW with self farming is a bit of a challenge.... without self farming 160-175m awe net is a challenge. (ill be 150m ave net but i lost turns, am lazy, run a retaller for the clan which finishes 25m NW and had 1 country killed)

Point 3- It does take some skill. You couldn't do it easily so don't say it takes no skill.

Ketchup, you just said point 2 was wrong, then said that it was in fact super easy which is what he said. And point 3 your wrong it doesn't take any skill to transfer a bunch of land and stock to 1 country.

you just focus on the transfer. you still have to have the stock to transfer. its fine, you dont like people that feed one country, whatever. but discounting it because you dont think there is skill involved, thats stupid. i have never claimed to be a good netter, but ill have an ANW of around 120mill. that is with losing tens of billions to transfer blockers, and buying almost all my military from the public at extreme prices. trying to stay 1 step ahead of those trying to steal and block your transfers. it isnt quite as easy as you seem to be reducing it to, seeing as i am progressing the more times i try it, bettering plans and transfer methods. hell, half the people that talk fluff still think people consolidate stock via FA, lol. i did mass FA last set, for about 5 dys, because after that my main was too big to recive FA from my stockers, and actually making a FA pyramid is inefficient and time consuming. if you were good at transfering goods to one country, you would know this, because it is easy, right?

tl;dr just because you dont like it, or dont understand it, doesnt mean its easy

POINT 1 - I never said TKO anywhere did I, I merely stated large clans who pull these stunts and I was killed for it last set (not TKO). However I was PM'ed several times to no longer hit TKO especially the really FAT ones, as it made a "few folks of TKO really upset", and I only grabbed every 3+ days. Point 3 - Are you kidding me? There is NO skill to self farm, land trade and transfer - I mean you have SO's now and you dont even have to be online to transfer, which made transferring even easier.

Ford: I'm just going to disagree with you - but I do understand, and anyone who understands the simple concepts of netting can do it...I use to do it all the time in E2025 except we didnt have SO's to grab the transfers we had to be online and grab it before someone else did. Orion, Pienjo and the rest of TAKERS actually mastered it.

netting is easy even I have 7 or 8 top 10s with little planning :P

orion didn't master fluff. They simply used bots to grab it up faster then the normal person.

No ones average net is really all that impressive from what I've seen, especially the cats that are land trading, and still end below 100 mil average net, that is just sad.

Might be different now a days, but when I last played FFA 16 I would have 8 200m+NW, and then 8 120m+NW countries.

It's a good thing I stocked at 25-30k acres then and only farmed my main up to 90s acres right before destocking for the larger private market

Top players are land trading, because it is the only source of land with the bots and multis gone. I personally have no issues with it, my issue with land trading is people that get fluffty nets while having 50k free land per country.

ill admit to land trading for a quick 25-30K average land after teching, and then i didnt self farm again till i farmed my stocker to 90K acres for destocking. in my view, this is different than people who land trade all set for 200-500K acre mains. but whatever, im happy with the way i played this set barring a few mistakes that i learned from, and i have never had a shortage of haters. they keep me plying this game honestly.

the problem is that the community has accepted it, which is wrong, the game was never ORIGINALLY meant for players to play this way....players who cant find land self farm land trade rather than grab and defend. Why do we have defensive pacts anymore? This is exactly why we have defensive relations within the game, grab and defend.

FFA should just get rid of internal pacts altogether, the game has been ruined by self farming and land trading imo. All FFA needs is a simple way to FA one country..........wait that now exists. What a shame.

I am playing 1a and yes, most of the top 10 are land traders which clearly defeats the purpose of the game. I am one of the top 10 without landtrading but I won't be able to end top 10. well its my 2nd set back like I said.

Dude, you need to slow your role. I am pretty much top 10 in every single FFA caragory, despite taking extended times off, and running countries for kill teams in netting clans.

I have played in TKO for all of 2 sets. I thank them for a home while I deal with real life tine constraints. They are good people and offer sold advice. But ultimately I am a killer and I have never claimed to be an elite netter. I have only made sarcastic posts about me, a fluff to netter, finishing well.

If you wanna talk about my forte, killing, I challenge you to find an unbiased player that won't rank me among the best in EE FFA.. I run some of the best missiles on the server and I have lead and helped lead some of the best FSes this server has ever seen. The only reason I'm not fighting right now is my family has been going through some fluff, and while I may have some time while at work and at home to troll the forums, I don't have the time to run the user active war countries that I like to run, so instead of waring half assed, I decided to join a well respected netting clan and post my best finishes ever while learning new thing about the game mechanics.
