* Military bases will no longer change private market bushel buy or sell prices.
* The ratio of base private market military buy to sell prices will be decreased from 4:1 to 3.7:1. For example, the starting sell price for jets will increase from $48 to $52 and the sell price for turrets will increase from $52 to $56.
* The minimum allowed ingame ally time will decrease from 72 hours to 12 hours.
