The fact that FS favors the striker server-wide, does not detract from the basic truth.... CC's MO is to stockpile a ton of chems, and to use them to FS. That cripples the victim beyond repair. It's a very effective tool.

When they get FSed before that point they are useless in a war because they have not prepared for anything else. Server-wide or not, it does show a clear path for any clan that wants to take out CC.
