but yes, if the set was over half over and we didnt have a target, an easy war win against IMP probably would of happened. You dont need to gang bang IMP to win a war. I find it extremely funny how you fluff and moan about "fair" when you yourself have participated in some pretty bullfluff and shifty wars.
