Express is too fickle for buyouts in my opinion. Every time I've done it, i got the raw end of the deal. To pull it off, I find you will need more than one good Dem. Whoever pulled off the one this set had to be coordinated. And looking at the 3 biggest Dems, it wasn't any one of them.
