Enough oil to use 15 million tanks for AB's for enough turns to make it matter? Enough per turn operating cash and food per turn to sustain attacks?

I mean, - I - could do that with my $150 Billion cash on hand. Hell. I could do it and still generate positive cash every turn, but then again, I'm a dirty netter. ;)
