IDK. the nerf to food does make playing other strats more rewarding. breaking 50m on a farmer is braindead easy still. not so much with a casher. CI is certainly king now though.

SF you talk a big game, but you're every bit as bad when you get hit. lmao. double tap retals, attacking accross servers. come on man. you've got no ground to stand on.

On one hand, I understand not wanting to take away the ability to hit players. The thing is, the only people that ARE hitting players aren't keeping what they take, it isn't being used for strategy. At best the people that like to make big grabs are land trading, which is a complete waste of turns. 99% of the time any human on human grabbing is just ppl wanting to make big hits or griefing because they can. Maybe make people who want to hit humans declare war for X amount of time. It's tough i understand, most of the ideas break the game in a way and heavily tilt it. I hate getting grabbed, but i retal. The griefing is so frustrating though. The people that do it rarely even finish top20, or even play all thier turns...

Yes I hunt live players on Saturday's, I check these guy's who have lots of land and all most little or no defense, Easy targets. How many CS would you try to build for a 50k land target? 400 or more?

Personally, I've found it pretty difficult to get to 50k by turn 1500. Granted 1500 turns isn't the absolute answer to when to stop, but it's a good starting point. I wouldn't focus so heavily on land if it's at the cost of not stocking. Different strategies require less land to be successful as well. You'd be surprised what you can get away with if you have great production levels (good tech, fully built, etc.).

What I'm trying to say is, don't be afraid to experiment and try 20k, 30k, or 40k as a goal and adjust your CS accordingly.

you can do a lot with various amounts of land if you plan what you'll need and when to stock to make up for it. BUT you might lose by 30k nw to NiteIL because he grabbed 10k more than you g=)

I've had fights with many other players in express, teams 1a. I talk to them all the time, I always ask what they're doing and why. Often times it produces good banter and additional fun. There's a difference between removing a toxic player who's only there to wreck other peoples fun, and people playing a mode they way they like because it's fun for them. I've run into many including Superfly that like a little action and will try and start a war because they like to fight. That may not be my prefered method of play, but i'm not here advocating for them not to be able to have thier fun.

Blackhole came into a game that had gotten rid of sanctions and quickly learned by the things done to him and his group what is fair play. That is regrettable, imo.

If i had in-game messages from another person admitting they were doing this on purpose then I wouldn't be talking about ONLY Blackhole. People can fight if they want to, this guys just in here do wreck other people and countries that fought back were purpled i'm assuming for "coordination" when they encouraged others he had done this to, to also fight him.
