Going to be honest, I enjoyed taking retals on you when you grabbed us a couple of sets back.
I'm actually not opposed personally to some level of grabbing and retalling, within reason.
IN MY OPINION, it leads to inter clan relations as FA's chat to each other, and induvidual players do so as well via ingame messages and the like.
That said, excessive grabbing does lead to bad blood.

Ironically, when there was large amounts of land trading going back ohhh probably a decade or so now? people got pissy that clans were grabbing and retalling each other in a friendly and relaxed manner.

There are a variety of ways to play the game, and the scores are based on final NW, rather than attacks etc.

So far as I can tell, this isn't a slow loss.
looks like, counting the active player countries via EEStats, I would say at least a 10-20% drop from this set to next?

You tried to pay someone to hit Paradigm. The alliance you were supposedly loyal to.

You also tried to get other alliances to declare war on Paradigm.

All because YOU couldn't handle that you were removed from leadership for being dishonest, corrupt, and attempting to turn Paradigm into the Cult of Doug.

History repeats itself when you don't learn the lessons that you were given opportunity to learn from.

You had the chance to learn when you got caught out feeding player numbers and details to Blackhole so he could suicide on Paradigm.

You had the chance to learn when I ripped you to shreds on our discord about censorship, deleting posts and attempting to silence criticism. (behaviours that actively drove multiple paradigm players out)

Instead you chose to lay low for a bit, then simply start the same behaviours over again.

When we had the Paradigm schism, once again caused by your deleting posts, and seemingly innately corrupt nature that you had to "cover things up", you had another opportunity to learn.

Again, nothing changed, and you went back to deleting/editing posts (only your own at this stage).
When we finally booted you, after yet another explicit warning, because you decided to actively harass the leader of another alliance via ingame messages because they blocked you on Discord, AND attempted to goad another player who blocked you in discord directly because they didn't want to deal with, or interact with, you further, instead of learning from THAT, you chose to double down and continue the same old tired crap.

I sincerely hope you FINALLY learn from this, accept that what has happened is the end result of your own actions, get a little maturity, and not only start getting the help you need, but genuinely engage with it.

If someone can be so kind as to send me the receipts for this so I can go over them, that would be appreciated.

I've retired and come back to the game multiple times. For different reasons each time.
Bots weren't even a thing until my most recent or so comeback. If anything, I'd argue the game's decay has slowed since then.

That said, it is clear that the game cannot continue on the trajectory it is at the moment.
I agree with you on the forums issue, and tbh, I stay out of EECord for more or less the same reason, even though I know there's a whole bunch of old timers I'd love to chat with still.

How many of you have kids, and how many would let, or encourage, your kids to play?
I actually have, though in my kid's case, he isn't currently active, because his computer is dead, he lives 300km away from me, and he finds it painful to play on his phone.

If you wouldn't let your kids play, why not?

We as the community are both Earth's greatest strength, and tbh, it's greatest weakness.

The game itself has always been so so, and once Utopia came along, Mehul never gave a fluff about the earth guys particularly.

On warring v netting: even 20 min a day at home netting (making grabs etc) is still significantly less time and investment than warring, where it's not just attending warchats, but also being able to get online at a moment's notice (literally) 24/7 to stop your country being killed.
And that's before we get to the guys running the chats, picking targets, getting spy ops etc to make sure things are ready to go for that time when you're doing a KR.
a lot of that is admittedly FAR easier than it was in the day, due to the reduced player base, but still. It's also harder to coordinate fewer people spread across a fluff load of timezones, than having enough player base in a single timezone to run chats regularly. It can still be done, but requires effort.


Lastly, Paradigm last warred not that long back :P
Was just after we removed Doug from leadership over the sheer buildup of stuff that had gone on since the BlackHole affair.

Gonna be honest: Did enjoy taking the retals. Obviously, we reached out to your heads first, but, there is a certain enjoyment to that moment when you hit the send button and worry that you missed your numbers ever so slightly, and are going to bounce the retal lol
