So yeah I also just did this and accidentally hit 3 human countries haha. Ahh hell. I don't really see a point in putting in effort to play out the set and try to net honestly now which sucks. In gamed messaged the countries if they want to take the retals now, otherwise this feels like a write-off.

You still eat it, but the idea is to hide your stock on the market > switch to M, recall stock, sell food on private > switch to theo to jump.

You don't lose anything switching from monarchy to another govt.

well, 6th for my first semi-serious try at netting in express... botched my jump pretty good and had to spend almost 2bil on expensive public prices, woops. Oh well, casher doesn't seem like the best strat for netting on this server.

I think if it was brought to AT before being implemented in some form of poll, most netting tags would vote for it, and most war tags against it. Putting us in basically the same situation we're now. Would its implementation have been trumped because the war tags slightly out-number the netting tags in total member count? Idk about that.

Also other than some half-assed politics (and market factors, which are still in play), for most netters this has been a single-player server for years. I don't personally really miss having to sign "NAPs" with Marshal every year.

Will probably use this as a netter, because why not? But I also agree with most of the criticism.

A cost to it would be interesting because it would be level for all nettings tags/countries in GDI, and possibly encourage nettings tags to risk not going GDI to have a small leg up and encourage political maneuvering...

Not sure if MMRs are the way to go, would likely just shave a few %s off final NWs and alter start ups a little bit, while not actually impacting whether those countries would be likely to be grabbed/suicided etc.

I think the above stuff Soviet mentioned is also like, a huge, minority outlier and it's fluffing wild people are using that as some justification to be anti-lgbtq or even anti-drag.

Happy Pride Doug. I'm making an effort to listen to a lot of LGBTQ+ artists this month, the trans-music scene especially has been pumping out a ton of awesome content in the alternative/extreme music spheres.
