My country name has nothing to do with Earth.Empires. as I mentioned, my plate is full irl. I am involved in US politics and after seeing a clip of the old movie They Live I came up with the country name. But where are we here, that I have to explain my country name? Look up a clip of They Live on YouTube if you don't have a clue what I'm referring to.

I am aware of the transition to the new premier credits format. I have time paid for until March of 2026 and have 8565 additional credits. I've bought premium credits since they first became available and before that I would occasionally donate to Earth Empires. It doesn't change my point. The credits I paid for out of my personal bank account are going up in smoke because you are having some kind of temper tantrum and calling non-troublemaking players like me an asshole and "punishing" alliance players for..

Why has the feed to the Monsters ghq site been killed?
Normally, in between sets, we can see countries in protection on the Top Ten Lists there. Not any more.

There is NOTHING in Announcements about a five week delay in restarting the Alliance server.
And I asked for no favors, much less demanded.

How dare you come here and call me an.asshole for asking why there's a five week delay in starting a new Alliance set.

Following the end of last set I checked, and the start date for the new set was Nov 7th.
That it's been changed to Dec 7th indicates this is not a typo.

Alliance is the only server I wish to play at this time.
I have a full plate irl

That's from premium credits I paid for before the purchasing problem hit, and the format was changed.

Now, at 2400 credits per month for Premium, having the Alliance server down for about five weeks when it is the only server I play is the equivalent of around 3000 of my purchased credits wasted.

i would like to see an explanation.

I started playing in the 1900s too. Mehul's description called it a s_t_r_a_t_e_g_y game, with economic marketplay, diplomacy, and fighting your enemies. Tools to use to reach the goal of top ranks, measured in networth. My beef has not been about war, but about vandalism. Attacking just to ruin someone's set, knowing you will be unceremoniously killed, with no other goal. That's a suck-ass way to play the game. and after killing the vandals a few times omg it's boring for the rest of the set. Is that the vandals goal? to bore us?

At least when netting, to do it right, every turn you play is strategic and has implications for your goal right up to and including the last day of the set. Making the most of the game mechanics to attain that nw goal. That competition can be exciting. Too bad you never wanted to try the basic core concept of the game. Netting. You might have enjoyed it.

Country names? Should we have a poll, why do 95% of the players change their names? must be because they're hiding! lol I've had a theme to mine for years. Not hiding. Players that know me find me by my country name nearly every set. I even gave redx a big hint at my name this set, went over his head.
But country names, yeah, it's called a choice.

Shouldn't the bonus time be synced as long as I login to both at the same time? (I do)
As I was typing this I went back to check and both Cooperation and Alliance server changed to:
Premium Bonus 21 hours
But the last bonus received on Coop was 13.9 hours ago.
Seems that the bonus timer on the Coop server is counting down the Alliance bonus timer

Once upon a time AT was fun. That's been awhile.

I've grown weary, to the point where I avoid it except when I make my regular stop to look for updates in the Announcements Forum. I'll check there, then come here for a quick scan of the thread titles.
I've found that reading the neverending squabbling on AT makes me want to disassociate from the game completely not just from the handful of people that make this forum so unpleasant.

It was the title of this thread that let me know there was a vote about ClanGDI.

I wondered what had prompted the vote here in this thread, and that's when I read the thread by qzjul "Thoughts and Input" which I'd seen before but didn't open. I didn't want to see more bickering and conspiracy theories.

Unfortunately that was the thread in which the title did NOT mention a vote yet is being touted as the "official tally" while the only thread with the actual word VOTE in the thread title is being discounted.

For someone like me, that doesn't hang out on AT waiting to toss out the next insult or CT, this seems a bit awry..
