I would love for everyone to be given the chance to return. crank up the old team server,change to change clan size and tweak a few things. Give it a locked forum or something allowed for only the ones playing the server.
A server with no holdbacks, say what you want and keep it on that forum.
only rule is no bashing the admin or game, or instant kick forever. It seemed to become a game at some point about getting banned from the server and thats kind of fluffed up.
the idea of letting some of the banned players a chance to return would be cool, just saying. But if not considered or allowed, I get that side too.

There is alot of potential with the forever server idea. We could take the frown out of pvp hits being the top guys would have to build defense in order to protect themselves. Would also open all the elements which can currently be ignored, like spies and sdi.

I do agree that the bonus system seems to be lacking in Express, so any change to enhance them would be a great idea.

On that note, I have been wanting to ask if someone could explain exactly what this does? Maybe an example of the effect. sorry and thanks.

its one of the mods for fascist government- "0% Bonus effectiveness" ....?

Just a thought, but is it possible to have the "exclude non-npc countries" selected by default at the start of the set? With the [Express] sets instantly starting over, it's easy to forget to select it.

Allow coordination against obvious suiciders. Maybe 5+ hits on 2 separate countries allows for a coordinated kill-run without deletion. Just a thought.. .

Coop is the server to net without any outside threats. If one wants to net without defense, it's all good. If you desire to net in a different server aside from coop it's either take a gamble or buy defense. its not a difficult choice either way.
