poorly explained. we had a fb argument about this a while back. if it's the same video as what i saw (i'm refusing to watch it again), there were a lot of assumptions made and not explained, and a lot of incorrect terminology (equals vs approximates, sum vs summation were the two big ones)
it's actually an explanation of some zeta-something-or-another function that is used to approximate a divergent series. a really crappy one. i think the title i saw on the video was "YOUR MIND WILL BE BLOWN YOU WILL BE AMAZED" and i suppose it was partially accurate. my mind was blown that people that should know better on the mathematics side chose such a poor example of explaining what's apparently a pretty core concept in the upper ranges of calculus :P
