We knew that our first reset was going to be a test. We all came from other servers and knew how it worked. Most of us have been around this game for years. We were fine being tested in our first reset to see what we have to offer this server.
We made it abundantly clear we would not LG any clan on this server. And we held to our word. There were some hits from MasterC, but nothing to cause concerns. We retalled them accordingly, that was that.
Until IMP became involved in our business. They didn't like that ONE of our guys was self farming. And didn't like that ONE of our guys was putting himself in DRs. The reason for this is because we were building war countries and their allies in Swords did not apparently want us to self farm in order to grow too large. As KyleCleric stated, we apparently "threatened two of our allies. we'll protect our allies." They still seem fascinated that we are Sanct despite having absolutely zero relations with Sanct.
As more wars broke out there were fewer targets. Because of this Swords were concerned about us. We have 70+ fewer countries, but they were still concerned. Instead of talking to us about it, they decided to go to their allies over in IMP to bully us around. 6 consecutive LGs by the same country on the same country, followed by putting that country into DRs. Followed by 75+ LGs for no reason, other than the fact we retalled those 6 LGs with 6 retals.
In talks with IMP, they made it clear that they would defend Swords at all costs. And that made it clear that what they were doing to us was to protect Swords as they felt as though we were a threat to them. Encouraging an ally to bully us around despite being triple our membership is not something we will accept.
And because Swords did not have the balls to express their concerns to us, we are declaring war on Swords. Perhaps they will include IMP and call them in, since they can't seem to handle matters on their own. Perhaps they won't. Only time will tell.
