Unfortunately I had an early war. So I am just now getting some stock. I just hope and pray my Oilers can get some stock saved up quickly, so I can make a good finish with them. My farmers on the other hand, are not going to do so hot. I don't expect them to finish high.

Yep, but your casher is a Republic, not a Theocracy or Democracy. So you can stockpile all that cash, but you'll then need to either buy food so you can switch governments, or you'll need to jump as a Republic. Oh, and you only have one of them :P

the advantage of resource decay bonus is that you can just buy bushels at the end of the set when people are destocking to make your jump instead of buying them at high prices in the middle of the set. or you could jump as a rep if you are not going to pm destock.

I don't know if it will even get back to $49 this set. I don't think it will. My warning did its job, now the big cashers in Mercs can start stockpiling cheap food.

I can see a mini climb of to 45 or so, but I don't see it going much higher. Who knows though, I have been wrong before.

Well if people keep dumping stock this early, then sure as hell expect it to go to hell :)

Ozzite stopped selling, and Mercs' many 80k+ acre cashers started buying, so it took a little bit of time for the market to correct itself.

You told me so? I was the one who told Ozzite it would reach $49, and then would not climb any farther. Although I didn't realize it would crash so fast after Mercs stopped it by putting our stockpiles at $49.

But it still hasn't finished crashing. Our big cashers want $37 bushels :D

You have an odd definition of screwed.

But yes, our cashers are very happy. And my techers are still looking at about 250m nw each, which is pretty good for countries that are screwed.

getting an average of about 9mil net/$2b buying from private as reps and one fasc. Selling bushels for 35 and buying off my private isn't working out too bad. Next set will be better =/ Looking at about 95mil avg net if all goes as planned this route.
