Basically, if you want to net, here's a more complete listing:
PANLV -- my clan. Barring some crazy unforeseen circumstance, we'll finish over 100M avg networth (currently at 107M actually) and we'll win TNW, 2nd in ANW. We're around 200 countries usually and have some great netters and great people.
TKO -- The performance that PANLV is putting up this set? That's the normal type of performance from TKO, but they warred this set. Slightly bigger after PANLV got pulled into wars a couple sets in a row awhile back, when TKO became considered more the safe haven for netters. (PANLV has become pretty safe again). Ketchup's kind of annoying and weird, but then, we have HAvoc in PANLV, so I guess that's a push. :P
Mercs -- Not sure if they'll be netting next set or not, but they netted this set and did a damn good job. They'll finish with a crazy ANW and 2nd in TNW behind PANLV despite being much smaller. Very good netters. However, they did have an issue with CC (and with some other clans) due to Rockman being pretty vocal here on FFAT. If they're allowed to and intend to net, they've got some of the best. If you have any inclination towards them, I'd talk to them and gauge their plans.
Elysium -- Who knows? Warster included them so I will too. They intend to start up next set and I assume netgain. Hopefully they'll correct this if not.
ESD -- Dragon's crew. They're usually a fun group of guys and stay pretty quiet ingame and put up solid netgaining performances. They do put more of an emphasis on playing without self-farming/land-trading though, which both limits your possible strategies and their maximum networths, so they do drag behind other clans like TKO, PANLV and Mercs.
Those are your main clans that are almost always netters.
If you haven't yet chosen a clan, PANLV would be happy to have you, and perhaps even teach you a thing or two to help you have greater results and hopefully more fun with the game, but excepting Elysium, because I don't know them, I would say all the clans on this list are clans that would be good choices.
