For sure I hear ya.

Being new to EE this is only my 1st full set.

But back in E2025 FFA, 16-32 man tags never had a chance. You need really good FA. I get the TNW for 1 player thing but nothing is certain in a free for all.

NS, exactly right. I wish it was that way but it is 16 limit. So this situation happens.

Why don't more 16 player tags fight other 16 player tags?

In a 100% competitive scenario all of the larger tags would farm 16 player tags making it impossible and forcing players to tag up into larger clans.

Me and Rock played a 32 man tag a couple sets ago. We fought a little war and then Rockman detagged and won avg net.

We didn't have much problem at all. Maybe it's you?

Here's the issue. I do NOT want to join anyone here on this server, there are maybe THREE alliances on this entire server that I would join, and only because I would want to join them.

I have no patience for fitting in, getting used to a chain of command, spending months to years sitting at the lowest rank unappreciated, people pulling rank on me, any of that fluff. So, I stay on my own, my girlfriend has been playing alongside me under my tag in peace... and now this?

But why not just join a netting tag? Login to the clan site twice a month. If there is something important make the leader come to you and in game msg u.

Aka like netting mercenary in another clans tag for protection. PAN, or TKO, Semper, Mercs, ESD

Thing is, I approached Mercs about joining them last set and was turned down. I have had other tags ask me to join them, and the thing is, at times I feel as though I might be a liability. And I would rather spare anyone the unneeded bullfluff that may or may not come with them having me in their membership.

No... I'd been with Dragons Of Light for a set and a half before the merger tho. After the merger of LEU and DOL, I was with DUEL for exactly TWO weeks before getting kicked on the presumption that I was trying to take over the alliance.

All of this simply because someone had tasked me with changing up the colors of the boards and menu in-site, and I accidentally broke the Leaders Forum, and had to make a temporary one until I went back through the CSS and HTML coding to fix it. Rather than listening to what I was telling them, they (and by they I mean one person) insinuated (you should already know who I am referring to with that) and I got kicked.

No, in fact I'm not aware at all of any of that. Do give me details as seeing that once Inferno gave us a site for DUEL, I pretty much put it together myself and I don't recall the leader board -ever- going down, or anybody -ever- having to change the colors of the boards, or the menu for that matter... for the entirety of DUEL having a website through ezclan.com

From what I remember, I was asked to make a CSS sheet for the menu, and one for the boards that would have a black background, red borders and headers, and white text for everything.

Unfortunately, because of how fluffing crazy the coding was put together I couldn't make heads or tails out of what was what. And it was Bahde.

More or less. In my opinion, however you might take it, I have had the impression it was a set-up. I don't want to give off the notion that this was some conspiracy against me or anything, but I will admit that I was planning on leaving DUEL anyways as I'd asked in ICQRC about the possibility of setting up a sub-clan back then and was refused, so I'd begun making plans outside of DUEL anyways.

At the time, I went from being the FA of xDOLx to Asst. FA of DUEL after that merger. And with JLyons doing everything in regards to FA work, I generally felt that there was no need for me to be there. I just wanted to start-up something and slowly work towards splitting off of DUEL on good relations with them. Not like the bullfluff that occurred. But that was nearly 10.5 years ago and I can't change any of that now.
