Here are the five least commonly used columns on the custom main ffa page:

OM tech
OM mil
PCI
Spyops
OM oil

Does anyone have an opinion about which ones we should replace, and if so, with what?

Does spy op work? We tried doing 10 at once but it seemed it would only upload the 1st one.

yeah it seems there have been problems with it but honestly I have never used it. I just remember people complaining about it.

I like the spy op if it works. We seemed to have several issues with it.

I use OM tech because I run techers. If I ran MBRs or Indies, I bet I'd use OM mil.

As Drinks suggested, 24 hr att and 24 hr def would be very useful.

OM Oil would be useful if we used oil as a commodity, but certainly 24h att and def would be the best :)

Slagpit is there a way to make it so someone that does not have any current countries on FFA server or never played able to see the tools at the link you provided?
I know something like this is explained on wiki. But, what if a new person came along this thread and clicked to look at that link, and like me they get this message "You currently have 0 alive countries. The server maximum per player is 16. Create countries."

I am sure someone would like to see the tools on that page.

I use OM tech and it's very useful. The only thing I would love to have that isn't available is 24hr attacks/defends

I like and use om_tech.

Pci is useless i'd say, spyops very rarely used (i never have)

I would like a built land % column if at all possible to help speed up ghost acre calculations.

pci and spyops dont seem particularly needed, though a warrer might like spyops

what i miss from custom page is attack and defends the most

omtech ommil are ones i turn on and off depending on what im doing

pm worth for example means very little early on unless you go to war, and even then its a little unfocused for being able to tell how many troops you can buy if troops get bought out

24 hour defends is pretty close to DR, or at least ghost DR

nice would be tech%, income ie food/turn or cash/turn

but what ive really wanted is either bpt/csites or preferably both since i spend quite a bit of time going into countries and comparing their csites to their land to turns on hand trying to work out which countries are ahead of or behind the others

pretty much everything else you can get from a different page, its pretty awkward to check tech%'s though since i think you need to go to buy tech

not sure if theres a DB limitation to extra columns but given people have enough space maybe the limit could be raised a bit

and perhaps there could be an option to shorten the space some take up, such as last FA time being a date: Aug/17/11 00:00 rather than 14 days or 2 weeks, but the precision is helpful in some ways i guess

pm worth is an extremely important column during destocking. You're correct that its rather useless early on, but its still worth keeping.

and I agree with the numerous people above who have said that PCI is useless

i mentioned PM because its something which we should all perhaps turn off then pack on, in a way its the opposite of PCI, changing least used at various points of the set

something which we should only turn on early for cash starts

and it would be a lot more useful if PCI max was listed as well, potentially PCI deltas too

thats if you want to make cash starts easier, but PCI isnt really all that important for cash starts anyway and cash start sucks in ffa

not sure if theres a reason we need to take some out of custom to put more in, if theres not of course it would be nice to allow everyone their choices

or even have custom2 for even more :)
