For those of you that were cought up in the hits with IMP...

You guys should have DoWed IMP publicly. That would have cleared at lot of this up.

In addition to all of this, once Ares announced police, why didn't anyone attempt to contact us to explain the situation.

Ares communicated to everyone that we were policing IMP in CCs DoW. Nobody communicated back. We're not here to ruffle feathers, but once we announced police, we sat back and watched the news for non CC hitters.

We're not aggreeing or disaggreeing with the actions made by IMP, Zod, llaar, or CC. Communication is important, we can't read minds or have the time to follow all of the events and try to act like we know what is going on.

IMP was already at war when CC declared on them. If you choose to police for an alliance, you should at least be up to date on all the alliances that they have declared war on, regardless of whether or not IMP had the courtesy to deliver an official declaration of war.

Its not FFA's duty to explain to you IMP's situation this set, when its been all over FFAT about the numerous enemies they have made. The responsibility is on you to be aware of the enemies that have a right to attack IMP, not the other way around.

^Yup, I personally like Ares RLintz, but everything Rockman said is true and fair. You accepted to police and as allies IMP should've told you what was going on... it isn't entirely fair to just accept to police and claim you don't know what's going on either... even with little time on FFA(T) I knew what was going on and I wasn't in any clan of CC, IMP, llaar, Zodiac, SOTA, Mercs, etc...

my take is that, once we declared war, llaar and zodiac were the only 2 tags, outside of us, that should have been able to hit without formally declaring war. IMP did not formally declare war before hitting them as I made a point of showing that in my confirmation post in our DOW, thus enabling them to hit back without declaring war, engaged or not.

Sure IMP can spew about "but llaar hit us after we pacted" yes they did, nobody is arguing that, and those countries were killed, by your police, as they should have been. That does not grant you permission, after the conflict is over, to continue to hit them. If you wanted that done, you should have asked your police to do it, or you yourself should have done it at that time, not a week or so later.

that being said. anybody outside of those 2 clans hitting while we were declared should face punishment to fit their actions.
