It would be harmful to Elysium's war effort for me to divulge this information to IMP. I believe that my countries are more of a threat to IMP than the average Elysium country, hence to give IMP the ability to take out my specific countries would give them an advantage.

Well IMP always had the ability to take out specific countries. It would be more harmful to IMP to concentrate solely on you especially when you are active, then to pick their own targets.
