If no one's policing them, then you're probably just asking to be killed if you decide to farm them.

So you threaten to attack the biggest war clan, after asking if someone is policing for them (which implies you knew they were at war, otherwise you wouldn't use the term "policing") and then once we basically tell you that's a one-way ticket to death, you tell us how you have better things to do.
