similar to what ICEy said... unless you stated .9999999999999999^(infinity) =1, an hence there would be no real number between .9999999999999999 and 1, then and only then, would that equal to 1. mathematically. because unless you can mathematically seperate one number from another, then they are equal. In my opinion.
