GHQ used to be run by Zeratool. I don't know if it still is or not.

i think dragon is in charge of that. ghq's target selector is unparalleled. boxcar doesnt quite cut it when it comes to warring.

I highly doubt it. I tried talking to him on facebook once about Earth Empires just for fluffs and giggles, but I don't think he's had any connection to this game or E2025 for probably close to 7-8 years now, other than maybe technically being a forum mod for the old E2025 boards (and I would bet he wasn't very actively doing that even 7-8 years ago either).

I doubt he's had any connection with the game in at least 6 years but he did do ghq and put TIE there.

I sent Zeratul a message on facebook telling him to come and spam the forums here at least. Maybe he'll stop by and verify whether he had anything to do with GHQ or not :P

Several times when I'd send him a message he'd answer (even though he showed as offline) saying that he was working on ghq. He was also helping out on ezclan.

ghq has its goods and bads (although when I used it actively there were no news etc which were checked on earthgraphs or gamerstown).

Well, at one time I had an idea to get a group of individuals together to create something that had the best of GHQ and Boxcar and some customizable features like having a choice on pinning the menu on the left side of the page with everything else in a frame, like EzClan & GHQ or having it up top like EarthStats and BoxCar. One thing I miss is having the good old IAD for catching hits on your tag, but ever since they now have IRC bots that log the hits in real-time, something like that would be epic to incorporate on the site itself.
